
Spicy Mediterranean Chicken Wrap

Ingredients:
- 2 pcs Boneless chicken breasts
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Chili flakes
- 2 pcs Garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 4 pcs Whole wheat wrap
- 1 cup Hummus
- 2 handfuls Fresh spinach leaves
- 1 cup Sliced cucumber
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup Feta cheese
- to taste Salt
Instructions:
- In a small mixing bowl, combine paprika, chili flakes, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt.
- Cut chicken breasts into thin slices. Rub the prepared spice mix all over the chicken slices.
- Heat a grilling pan or skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken slices and cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Prepare the wraps by spreading hummus, adding a handful of fresh spinach leaves, sliced cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and feta cheese.
- Add the cooked chicken slices to each wrap.
- Roll the wraps tightly, cut in half, and serve.
