Spicy Mediterranean Chicken Wrap

Ingredients:

  • 2 pcs Boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Chili flakes
  • 2 pcs Garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 4 pcs Whole wheat wrap
  • 1 cup Hummus
  • 2 handfuls Fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 cup Sliced cucumber
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Feta cheese
  • to taste Salt

Instructions:

  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine paprika, chili flakes, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt.
  2. Cut chicken breasts into thin slices. Rub the prepared spice mix all over the chicken slices.
  3. Heat a grilling pan or skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken slices and cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  4. Prepare the wraps by spreading hummus, adding a handful of fresh spinach leaves, sliced cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and feta cheese.
  5. Add the cooked chicken slices to each wrap.
  6. Roll the wraps tightly, cut in half, and serve.
