
Spicy Mediterranean Beef Pita

Ingredients:
- 500 grams Beef
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 whole Tomatoes
- 1 whole Red Onion
- 1 whole Cucumber
- To Taste Hot Sauce
- To Taste Salt
- To Taste Black Pepper
- 4 slices Pita Bread
Instructions:
- Slice the beef into thin strips.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the beef strips to the pan and cook for 10 minutes, or until they start to brown.
- Add the sliced garlic, salt, black pepper, and hot sauce to the pan, mix well and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- In the meantime, finely chop the tomatoes, red onion, and cucumber.
- Remove the pan from the heat and allow it to cool for a few minutes.
- Warm the pita bread in the oven for a few minutes at 180°C.
- Fill up the pita bread with the cooked beef, tomatoes, red onion, and cucumber.
- Serve hot with a side of your favorite dipping sauce.
