
Spicy Masala Fruit Chaat

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Mixed fruits (apple, banana, grapes, pomegranate)
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Roasted cumin powder
- 0.5 tsp Black salt
- 0.5 tsp Red chili powder
- 1 tsp Chaat masala
- 10-12 Fresh mint leaves
Instructions:
- 1. Chop all the fruits into bite-sized pieces and put them in a large bowl.
- 2. Sprinkle the lemon juice over the fruits to prevent them from browning.
- 3. Mix the roasted cumin powder, black salt, red chili powder, and chaat masala in a small bowl.
- 4. Sprinkle this masala mixture over the fruits and gently toss until all the fruits are well coated with the masala.
- 5. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving for the flavors to meld together.
- 6. Garnish with fresh mint leaves just before serving. Enjoy your spicy masala fruit chaat!
