Spicy Masala Fruit Chaat

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Mixed fruits (apple, banana, grapes, pomegranate)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Roasted cumin powder
  • 0.5 tsp Black salt
  • 0.5 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1 tsp Chaat masala
  • 10-12 Fresh mint leaves

Instructions:

  1. 1. Chop all the fruits into bite-sized pieces and put them in a large bowl.
  2. 2. Sprinkle the lemon juice over the fruits to prevent them from browning.
  3. 3. Mix the roasted cumin powder, black salt, red chili powder, and chaat masala in a small bowl.
  4. 4. Sprinkle this masala mixture over the fruits and gently toss until all the fruits are well coated with the masala.
  5. 5. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving for the flavors to meld together.
  6. 6. Garnish with fresh mint leaves just before serving. Enjoy your spicy masala fruit chaat!
