
Spicy Japanese Vegetable Tempura

Ingredients:
- 1 bowl assorted vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
- 1 cup tempura flour
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 liter vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions:
- Clean and cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, mix together tempura flour and cold water until batter is smooth.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Dip the vegetables in the batter, coating them evenly, and then place them in the hot oil.
- Fry until golden brown, then remove and drain on paper towels.
- In a small bowl, combine soy sauce and cayenne pepper. Serve as a dip with the tempura.
