
Spicy Japanese Pork Donburi

Ingredients:
- 1 pound Pork loin
- 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Mirin
- 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Gochujang (Korean hot pepper paste)
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 teaspoons Ginger
- 4 cups Cooked rice
- 4 Green onions
- 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, mirin, brown sugar, gochujang, minced garlic, and ginger. Stir until the sugar is dissolved and everything is well combined.
- Slice the pork loin thinly and put it in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
- In a large skillet, cook the marinated pork over medium heat until it's fully cooked.
- Serve the pork over cooked rice, and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
