
Spicy Japanese Pork Bowl

Ingredients:
- 1 pound Pork loin
- 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Mirin
- 1 tablespoon Sake
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes
- 2 cups Rice
- 3 pieces Spring Onions
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 inch Ginger
Instructions:
- Prepare rice according to package instructions.
- Slice pork loin into thin slices.
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, sake, sugar, and red pepper flakes to create marinade.
- Add sliced pork to the marinade and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Mince garlic and ginger and finely chop spring onions.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add a bit of oil, garlic, ginger, and white parts of spring onions. Stir until fragrant.
- Add the marinated pork, keeping the excess marinade aside. Cook pork until no longer pink.
- Pour in the remaining marinade and stir. Let it simmer until the sauce thickens.
- Serve the pork over rice and garnish with the green parts of the spring onions. Enjoy your spicy Japanese pork bowl!
