
Spicy Japanese Grilled Fish (Togarashi Yaki)

Ingredients:
- 4 pieces White flesh fish fillets
- 2 tablespoons Japanese seven spice (Shichimi Togarashi)
- 1/2 cup Soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Mirin
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 inch, grated Ginger
- 2 cloves, minced Garlic
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, sugar, ginger, and garlic to make the marinade.
- Place the fish fillets in the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Leave them to marinate in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
- Preheat a grill or griddle pan on medium heat.
- Remove the fish from the marinade, and sprinkle the Japanese seven spice evenly over each side of the fillets.
- Grill the fish for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through and the skin is slightly charred.
- Serve the spicy grilled fish warm, with a side of steamed rice and vegetables if desired.
