Ingredients:
- 4 cups Mixed fruits (mango, pineapple, strawberries, kiwi)
- 2 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 2 teaspoons Shichimi togarashi (Japanese seven spice blend)
- To Taste Fresh mint leaves
Instructions:
- Prepare all the fruit by washing, peeling, and cutting into bite-sized pieces. Place them in a large salad bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the fresh lemon juice, honey, and shichimi togarashi until well combined.
- Pour the spicy dressing over the prepared fruit. Toss gently until all the fruit is coated.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving. You can serve the salad immediately or cover it and chill in the refrigerator for an hour before serving to let the flavors meld together.
