
Spicy Japanese Chicken Ramen for Midnight Cravings

Ingredients:
- 2 pieces Chicken breast
- 200 grams Ramen noodles
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Mirin
- 2 pieces Garlic cloves
- 1 inch Ginger
- 2 stems Spring onions
- 2 pieces Boiled eggs
- 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
- to taste Chilli flakes
Instructions:
- Cut the chicken breasts into thin slices and set aside.
- In a large pot, combine chicken broth, soy sauce, mirin, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Bring to a simmer.
- In a skillet, cook the chicken slices until they are no longer pink.
- Once the broth is simmering, add the cooked chicken slices and ramen noodles. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the noodles are al dente.
- Chop the spring onions and set aside.
- Peel the boiled eggs and set aside.
- Serve the ramen in two bowls. Top with sliced boiled eggs, chilli flakes, sesame seeds and chopped spring onions.
