Ingredients:
- 200 grams Spaghetti Pasta
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Mirin
- 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 stalks Green Onions
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 2 units Eggs
Instructions:
- Boil the spaghetti pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the finely chopped garlic and sauté until golden.
- Reduce the heat to low and add the soy sauce, mirin, and chili flakes. Stir until combined.
- Crack the eggs into the pan and scramble them slightly. Add the cooked pasta and toss until coated with the sauce and eggs.
