Ingredients:

  • 200 grams Spaghetti Pasta
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 stalks Green Onions
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 units Eggs

Instructions:

  1. Boil the spaghetti pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the finely chopped garlic and sauté until golden.
  3. Reduce the heat to low and add the soy sauce, mirin, and chili flakes. Stir until combined.
  4. Crack the eggs into the pan and scramble them slightly. Add the cooked pasta and toss until coated with the sauce and eggs.
