
Spicy Japanese Beef Yakitori

Ingredients:
- 400 grams Beef sirloin
- 60 milliliters Soy sauce
- 60 milliliters Mirin
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 inch Ginger
- 4 Green onions
- 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon Red chili flakes
Instructions:
- Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, mirin, sugar, garlic, ginger, and chili flakes.
- Marinate the beef in the sauce for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill to high heat.
- Skewer the beef and green onions alternately onto bamboo skewers.
- Grill the skewers on each side for 2-3 minutes, until well browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
- Sprinkle the beef yakitori with sesame seeds before serving.
