
Spicy Japanese Beef Stir Fry

Ingredients:
- 500 grams Beef sirloin
- 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Sake
- 2 tablespoons Mirin
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Ginger
- 4 stalks Spring onions
- 2 pieces Bell peppers
- 2 tablespoons Cooking oil
Instructions:
- Cut the beef into thin slices.
- In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sake, mirin, sriracha sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
- Marinate the beef in the sauce for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan.
- Add the beef and stir fry for 5 minutes or until seared on all sides.
- Add the bell peppers and spring onions, stir fry for another 5 minutes.
- Serve the stir fry over steamed rice, garnishing with additional spring onions if desired.
