Spicy Italian Summer Baked Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces Boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp Crushed red pepper flakes
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • for garnish Fresh basil leaves
  • 1 piece Lemon

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil and place in a baking dish.
  3. Mince the garlic and sprinkle over the chicken, followed by the Italian seasoning, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until no longer pink in the center.
  5. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before squeezing fresh lemon juice over the top and garnishing with fresh basil leaves.
