
Spicy Italian Shrimp Frittata

Ingredients:
- 1 pound Large Shrimp
- 8 Eggs
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Red Chili Flakes
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1/2 cup Fresh Basil Leaves
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- To taste Salt
- To taste Pepper
Instructions:
- 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2. Clean and devein the shrimp, then set them aside.
- 3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, red chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
- 4. Heat the olive oil in a large, oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
- 5. Add the garlic to the skillet and cook until it becomes aromatic.
- 6. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, which should take about 2-3 minutes.
- 7. Pour the egg mixture over the shrimp and stir to combine.
- 8. Sprinkle the basil leaves on top of the frittata.
- 9. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top of the frittata is slightly browned.
- 10. Remove the frittata from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
