
Spicy Italian Seafood Linguine

Ingredients:
- 500 grams Linguine pasta
- 200 grams Prawns
- 200 grams Squid rings
- 250 grams Mussels
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 cloves Garlic cloves
- 1 tsp Red chili flakes
- 1 cup White wine
- 1 can Chopped tomatoes
- a handful Fresh parsley
- to taste Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the linguine according to the packet instructions until al dente.
- Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and chili flakes and cook until fragrant.
- Add the prawns, squid rings, and mussels to the pan, cook for a few minutes until they start to turn pink.
- Pour in the wine and let it reduce for about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the chopped tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Let it simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the pan with the seafood. Toss everything together to combine.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
