
Spicy Italian Sausage Pasta

Ingredients:
- 1 pound Italian sausage
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon Red chili flakes
- 1 pound Pasta
- 1 can Canned crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 cup Fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
Instructions:
- Heat the oil in a large skillet and browns the sausages.
- Add the garlic and red chili flakes to the skillet and sauté until fragrant.
- Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until it's al dente.
- Pour the crushed tomatoes into the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and let simmer for about 15 minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Garnish with freshly torn basil leaves and grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
