Spicy Italian Sausage Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound Italian sausage
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red chili flakes
  • 1 pound Pasta
  • 1 can Canned crushed tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Fresh basil leaves
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet and browns the sausages.
  2. Add the garlic and red chili flakes to the skillet and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until it's al dente.
  4. Pour the crushed tomatoes into the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and let simmer for about 15 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  6. Garnish with freshly torn basil leaves and grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
