
Spicy Italian Risotto

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Arborio rice
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 pieces Onion
- 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup White wine
- 6 cups Chicken broth
- 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
- 2 tablespoons Butter
Instructions:
- In a large saucepan over medium heat, add olive oil. Then add the onions and garlic, sautéing until they are soft and translucent.
- Stir in the red pepper flakes and Arborio rice and cook for 2 minutes.
- Pour in the white wine, stirring continuously, until the liquid is fully absorbed.
- Add 1 cup of chicken broth to the rice, and stir until the broth is absorbed. Continue adding broth one cup at a time, stirring continuously, until the liquid is absorbed and the rice is creamy and al dente. This will take about 20 minutes.
- Remove from heat, and stir in the butter, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper, stirring until the cheese and butter are melted into the risotto.
- Serve hot, and enjoy your spicy Italian risotto!
