
Spicy Italian Pork Scaloppine

Ingredients:
- 4 slices Pork loin
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
- for dredging Flour
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Dried red chili flakes
- 1 cup White wine
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 1 bunch Fresh parsley
Instructions:
- Season the pork loin slices with salt and pepper, then dredge them in flour.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the pork to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides, about 4 minutes per side; remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the garlic and chili flakes. Cook until fragrant, then add the white wine.
- Let the wine reduce by half, then add the lemon juice and parsley.
- Return the pork to the skillet and let it simmer in the sauce for a few minutes.
- Serve the Spicy Italian Pork Scaloppine with crusty bread or over pasta, and garnish with extra parsley if desired.
