Spicy Italian Pork Scaloppine

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices Pork loin
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • for dredging Flour
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Dried red chili flakes
  • 1 cup White wine
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 bunch Fresh parsley

Instructions:

  1. Season the pork loin slices with salt and pepper, then dredge them in flour.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the pork to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides, about 4 minutes per side; remove from skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the garlic and chili flakes. Cook until fragrant, then add the white wine.
  5. Let the wine reduce by half, then add the lemon juice and parsley.
  6. Return the pork to the skillet and let it simmer in the sauce for a few minutes.
  7. Serve the Spicy Italian Pork Scaloppine with crusty bread or over pasta, and garnish with extra parsley if desired.
