
Spicy Italian Pork Sandwich

Ingredients:
- 4 pieces Boneless pork chops
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons Extra-virgin olive oil
- 4 pieces Sub rolls
- 8 slices Provolone cheese slices
- 1 cup Marinara sauce
Instructions:
- Combine Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl. Rub the mixture over the pork chops.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the pork chops and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until done.
- While the pork is cooking, place the sub rolls on a baking sheet and toast lightly in the oven.
- Place two slices of provolone on the bottom half of each roll and top with a pork chop.
- Spoon some marinara sauce over each pork chop. Cover with the top half of the roll.
- Serve while still hot.
