Spicy Italian Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams Pasta
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Flakes
  • 1 can Canned Tomatoes
  • 1 handful Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 100 grams Parmesan Cheese

Instructions:

  1. Boil the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and saute until golden.
  3. Add the red chili flakes and canned tomatoes to the skillet. Stir well.
  4. Simmer the sauce for 10 minutes, then add the basil and salt. Stir well.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until well coated in the sauce.
  6. Serve the pasta with a generous sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
