Spicy Italian Pan Seared Fish

Ingredients:

  • 2 pieces Fish Fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 pieces Garlic Cloves
  • to taste Red chili flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Zest
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley

Instructions:

  1. Season the fish fillets with salt, pepper, and lemon zest on both sides. Set it aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until it turns golden.
  3. Add the red chili flakes into the pan and stir it around with the garlic for about a minute.
  4. Place the fish fillets in the pan and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until the fish is cooked through and golden.
  5. Serve the fish hot, garnished with fresh parsley. Ideal for a spicy midnight Italian treat!
