
Spicy Italian Pan Seared Fish

Ingredients:
- 2 pieces Fish Fillets
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 pieces Garlic Cloves
- to taste Red chili flakes
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Zest
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
- 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley
Instructions:
- Season the fish fillets with salt, pepper, and lemon zest on both sides. Set it aside.
- In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until it turns golden.
- Add the red chili flakes into the pan and stir it around with the garlic for about a minute.
- Place the fish fillets in the pan and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until the fish is cooked through and golden.
- Serve the fish hot, garnished with fresh parsley. Ideal for a spicy midnight Italian treat!
