
Spicy Italian Frutta Piccante

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Assorted fruits (berries, apple, pear, orange)
- 1 teaspoon Dried red chilli flakes
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 4-5 leaves Fresh basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
- Firstly, wash and cut the fruits into bite-sized pieces. Set them aside.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the dried red chilli flakes and sauté for a minute.
- Add the cut fruits to the pan. Sauté for a couple of minutes until they get warm and start to soften, stirring gently.
- Add honey to the pan and stir gently to coat the fruits.
- Finally, sprinkle mozzarella cheese and fresh basil leaves on top and cover the pan. Let it cook for another couple of minutes until the cheese melts.
- Serve your Spicy Italian Frutta Piccante immediately for a delicious midnight snack.
