
Spicy Italian Fish Skillet

Ingredients:
- 4 pieces White fish fillets
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 3 cloves Garlic
- to taste Red pepper flakes
- 1 Can of diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup Chicken broth
- 1/2 cup White wine
- handful Fresh basil leaves
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
Instructions:
- Season the fish fillets with salt, pepper, and a sprinkle of red pepper flakes.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add the diced tomatoes, chicken broth, and white wine to the skillet. Stir well.
- Place the fish fillets in the skillet, nestling them into the sauce. Cover and let simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
