Spicy Italian Fish Skillet

Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces White fish fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • to taste Red pepper flakes
  • 1 Can of diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup White wine
  • handful Fresh basil leaves
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Season the fish fillets with salt, pepper, and a sprinkle of red pepper flakes.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Add the diced tomatoes, chicken broth, and white wine to the skillet. Stir well.
  4. Place the fish fillets in the skillet, nestling them into the sauce. Cover and let simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.
  5. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
