
Spicy Italian Fish Bites

Ingredients:
- 500 grams white fish (like cod or hake)
- 100 grams plain flour
- 2 eggs
- 200 grams bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
- 2 fresh red chili (finely chopped)
- for frying olive oil
- to serve lemon wedges
Instructions:
- Cut the fish into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix the flour with the Italian seasoning and some salt and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- In a third bowl, mix the bread crumbs and chopped chili.
- Dip each piece of fish in the flour, then the egg, then the bread crumbs.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the fish bites until golden brown.
- Drain on kitchen paper, then serve with lemon wedges for squeezing over.
