
Spicy Italian Chicken Pasta

Ingredients:
- 4 pieces Boneless Chicken Breasts
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 cups Penne Pasta
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 2 tsp Red Chili Flakes
- 2 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 can Tomato Sauce
- 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
Instructions:
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat, add the chicken and cook until it's no longer pink in the center. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the minced garlic and red chili flakes. Cook for a minute until fragrant.
- Add the tomato sauce to the pan and bring to a simmer.
- While the sauce is simmering, cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- Once the pasta is cooked, drain and add the cooked pasta and chicken back into the pan with the sauce. Stir well to combine.
- Serve the pasta in bowls, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
