Spicy Italian Chicken Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces Boneless Chicken Breasts
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 cups Penne Pasta
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tsp Red Chili Flakes
  • 2 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat, add the chicken and cook until it's no longer pink in the center. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add the minced garlic and red chili flakes. Cook for a minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the tomato sauce to the pan and bring to a simmer.
  5. While the sauce is simmering, cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  6. Once the pasta is cooked, drain and add the cooked pasta and chicken back into the pan with the sauce. Stir well to combine.
  7. Serve the pasta in bowls, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
