
Spicy Italian Chicken Panini

Ingredients:
- 4 pieces Boneless chicken breasts
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 4 slices Ciabatta bread
- 8 slices Mozzarella cheese
- A handful Fresh basil leaves
- 1 cup Marinara sauce
Instructions:
- Season the chicken breasts with the Italian seasoning, crushed red pepper flakes, garlic powder, salt, and pepper on both sides.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for 6-8 minutes on each side, until cooked through and no longer pink in the center. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- Place a slice of chicken on one slice of ciabatta bread. Top with two slices of mozzarella cheese, a few basil leaves, and a spoonful of marinara sauce. Top with another slice of ciabatta bread.
- Place the sandwich in a panini press or griddle and cook until the cheese is melted and the bread is toasted, about 2-3 minutes.
- Repeat the above steps with the remaining ingredients. Serve the sandwiches warm.
