
Spicy Italian Chicken Breakfast Skillet

Ingredients:
- 2 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 minced Garlic cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon Red chili flakes
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 diced Bell peppers
- 4 Large eggs
- 1/2 cup Grated parmesan cheese
- for garnish Chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
- Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Add the chicken breasts, season with Italian seasoning, garlic, and red chili flakes. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink, about 8-10 minutes.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside. In the same skillet, add the diced bell peppers. Cook until they are softened, about 5 minutes.
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet. Make four wells in the mixture and crack an egg into each well. Cover the skillet and cook until the eggs are done to your liking, about 5-7 minutes.
