
Spicy Italian Breakfast Tuna Pasta

Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 3 cloves Garlic
- to taste Chili Flakes
- 2 cans Canned tuna
- 25 Cherry tomatoes
- 500 grams Spaghetti Pasta
- 100 grams Parmesan cheese
- A few sprigs Parsley
Instructions:
- Boil water in a large pot, add a pinch of salt and cook the spaghetti as per the package instructions.
- While the spaghetti is cooking, heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and chili flakes to the pan and sauté until the garlic is golden brown.
- Add the canned tuna to the pan and break it apart with a spoon. Cook for a few minutes until it is heated through.
- Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the pan. Sauté for a few minutes until they are soft.
- When the spaghetti is done, reserve a cup of the pasta water and then drain the spaghetti.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan with the tuna and tomatoes. Toss well, adding the pasta water as needed to create a sauce-like consistency.
- Grate the parmesan cheese on top of the pasta and toss to combine.
- Finely chop the parsley and sprinkle it on top of the pasta.
- Serve hot, with extra chili flakes on top if desired. Enjoy your spicy Italian breakfast!
