
Spicy Italian Breakfast Frittata

Ingredients:
- 8 none Eggs
- 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese
- 8 ounces Italian sausage
- 1 small Red bell pepper
- 1 small Onion
- 1 tsp Crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the Italian sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add the onion and red bell pepper to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat the eggs. Add the Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper and crushed red pepper flakes and stir to combine.
- Pour the egg mixture over the sausage and vegetables in the skillet. Stir gently to make sure the ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 15 minutes, or until the frittata is set and golden brown.
- Remove the frittata from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes before cutting it into wedges and serving.
