
Spicy Italian Beef Pasta

Ingredients:
- 500 grams Beef
- 200 grams Pasta
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Red chili flakes
- 400 grams Tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- A handful Fresh basil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
Instructions:
- Slice the beef into thin strips. If the beef is not already tender, marinate it in some olive oil, salt, and black pepper for about 10 minutes.
- Boil the pasta in salted water according to package instructions until it is al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until it is fragrant.
- Add the red chili flakes to the pan and stir for a few seconds. Then, add the beef and cook until it is browned and cooked through.
- Pour the tomato sauce into the pan and stir well. Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss it in the sauce until it is well coated. Season with extra salt and pepper if needed.
- Serve the pasta hot, garnished with freshly grated parmesan cheese and some chopped fresh basil. Enjoy your quick, satisfying midnight snack!
