Spicy Italian Beef Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams Beef
  • 200 grams Pasta
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili flakes
  • 400 grams Tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • A handful Fresh basil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Slice the beef into thin strips. If the beef is not already tender, marinate it in some olive oil, salt, and black pepper for about 10 minutes.
  2. Boil the pasta in salted water according to package instructions until it is al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until it is fragrant.
  4. Add the red chili flakes to the pan and stir for a few seconds. Then, add the beef and cook until it is browned and cooked through.
  5. Pour the tomato sauce into the pan and stir well. Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss it in the sauce until it is well coated. Season with extra salt and pepper if needed.
  7. Serve the pasta hot, garnished with freshly grated parmesan cheese and some chopped fresh basil. Enjoy your quick, satisfying midnight snack!
