
Spicy Indian-Style Pasta Snack

Ingredients:
- 200 grams Pasta
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 Onion
- 2 Green Chili
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
- 2 Tomatoes
- a bunch Fresh Coriander
- to taste Salt
Instructions:
- Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the finely chopped garlic, onion, and green chilies. Sauté until the onions turn soft and golden.
- Add the turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala to the pan. Stir well to mix the spices with the sautéed onions.
- Chop the tomatoes and add them to the pan. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and the mixture starts to thicken.
- Add the cooked pasta to the pan and mix well, making sure the pasta is covered in the spicy sauce.
- Season with salt and garnish with freshly chopped coriander before serving.
