
Spicy Indian-Style Pasta

Ingredients:
- 200 grams Pasta
- 1 large Onion
- 2 large Tomatoes
- 4 cloves Garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon Chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala
- to taste Salt
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- For Garnishing Fresh Coriander Leaves
Instructions:
- Boil the pasta as per the instructions given on the pasta packet.
- Drain the pasta and keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, add finely chopped onion and garlic, sauté till they turn translucent.
- Add chopped tomatoes, chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook till tomatoes are well cooked and oil separates from the mixture.
- Add boiled pasta and garam masala into the pan. Mix well.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes and turn off the flame.
- Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot. Enjoy your spicy Indian-style pasta!
