Spicy Indian-Style Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams Pasta
  • 1 large Onion
  • 2 large Tomatoes
  • 4 cloves Garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • For Garnishing Fresh Coriander Leaves

Instructions:

  1. Boil the pasta as per the instructions given on the pasta packet.
  2. Drain the pasta and keep it aside.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, add finely chopped onion and garlic, sauté till they turn translucent.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes, chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook till tomatoes are well cooked and oil separates from the mixture.
  5. Add boiled pasta and garam masala into the pan. Mix well.
  6. Cook for another 2-3 minutes and turn off the flame.
  7. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot. Enjoy your spicy Indian-style pasta!
