
Spicy Indian-Style Egg Bhurji

Ingredients:
- 6 whole Eggs
- 1 medium Onion
- 1 medium Tomato
- 2 whole Green chilies
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoon Coriander leaves
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon Butter
Instructions:
- Finely chop the onion, tomato, and green chilies.
- Heat oil and butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion to the pan and sauté until translucent.
- Add the chopped tomatoes and green chilies to the pan. Stir well.
- Add the turmeric powder, red chili powder, black pepper, and salt to the pan. Mix well.
- Crack the eggs directly into the pan and scramble them with the other ingredients.
- Cook until the eggs are fully cooked and well combined with the other ingredients.
- Garnish the dish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
