Spicy Indian-Style Egg Bhurji

Ingredients:

  • 6 whole Eggs
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 2 whole Green chilies
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Coriander leaves
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon Butter

Instructions:

  1. Finely chop the onion, tomato, and green chilies.
  2. Heat oil and butter in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the chopped onion to the pan and sauté until translucent.
  4. Add the chopped tomatoes and green chilies to the pan. Stir well.
  5. Add the turmeric powder, red chili powder, black pepper, and salt to the pan. Mix well.
  6. Crack the eggs directly into the pan and scramble them with the other ingredients.
  7. Cook until the eggs are fully cooked and well combined with the other ingredients.
  8. Garnish the dish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
