
Spicy Indian Midnight Chilli Chicken

Ingredients:
- 500 grams Boneless chicken
- 100 grams Yogurt
- 2 teaspoons Red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala
- 1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
- to taste Salt
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 1 large Onion
- 2 Green chillies
- handful Curry leaves
Instructions:
- Marinate the chicken with yogurt, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, garam masala and salt for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and saute finely chopped onions till it turns golden brown in color.
- Add slit green chillies and curry leaves to the pan, and cook for 2 minutes.
- Then add the marinated chicken to the pan, and cook on high heat for a few minutes, until the chicken starts to brown.
- Reduce the heat, cover the pan, and let it cook for another 15 minutes, or until done.
- Make sure the chicken is fully cooked before taking off the heat. If desired, garnish with some freshly chopped coriander and serve hot.
