Spicy Indian Fruit Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 whole Banana
  • 2 whole Apple
  • 1 whole Pomegranate
  • 1 whole Orange
  • To Taste Black salt
  • 1 teaspoon Roasted Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chaas Masala
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • few sprigs Fresh Coriander leaves

Instructions:

  1. Wash all the fruits properly.
  2. Peel the bananas and oranges, and cut all the fruits into bite-sized pieces. Remove the seeds as necessary.
  3. Toss them into a large bowl and squeeze the lemon juice over them to prevent browning.
  4. Sprinkle the black salt, cumin powder, and chaas masala onto the fruits.
  5. Mix the fruit and spices together until the fruit is well coated.
  6. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  7. Serve immediately for the best taste.
