
Spicy Indian Fruit Curry

Ingredients:
- 2 cups cubed Mix of fruits (Apple, Banana, Pear, Pineapple)
- 1 finely chopped Onions
- 1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
- 2 finely chopped Green Chillies
- 1 tablespoon Curry Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- To taste Salt
- A handful finely chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan, add the cumin seeds. When they start to splutter, add the chopped onions, green chillies and ginger garlic paste. Saute until the onions become transparent.
- Add the curry powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Now add the cubed fruits. Stir well to ensure all pieces are coated with the masala.
- Cover and cook for about 15-20 minutes on medium heat until the fruits are soft. If the curry is too dry, add a splash of water.
- Top with fresh coriander leaves just before serving. Enjoy your Spicy Indian Fruit Curry with a warm scoop of basmati rice or a piece of naan bread.
