
Spicy Indian Fish Fry

Ingredients:
- 4 whole Fish (any variety)
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon Garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon Ginger paste
- to taste Salt
- for frying Oil
Instructions:
- Clean the fish and pat dry with a paper towel.
- In a bowl, mix together lemon juice, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garlic paste, ginger paste, and salt.
- Marinate the fish with the prepared spice mix and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Once the oil is hot, add the marinated fish to the pan and fry until it turns golden brown and crispy on both sides. This should take about 7-8 minutes each side.
- Once done, remove the fish from the oil and drain on paper towels.
- Serve the spicy Indian fish fry hot with slices of onion and lemon.
