Spicy Indian Chole Bhature

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Chickpeas
- 2 Tea bags
- 1 cup Finely chopped onions
- 2 tsp Grated ginger
- 2 Finely chopped green chili
- 2 tbsp Chana masala powder
- 2 cups All-purpose flour(Maida)
- 0.25 cup Yogurt
- 0.5 cup Warm milk
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- As per taste Salt
- As required Cooking oil
Instructions:
- Soak the chickpeas overnight, boil them in enough water with tea bags for a deep color and smoky flavor.
- In a pan, heat some oil and add chopped onions. Saute until onions become translucent.
- Add grated ginger, green chilies, and chana masala, Saute for a couple of minutes, then add boiled chickpeas. Mix well.
- Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes on medium heat.
- For the Bhature, mix flour, yogurt, warm milk, baking powder, and salt. Knead until a soft dough forms.
- Cover the dough and let it sit for about 2 hours.
- Heat oil in a deep pan for frying the bhature. Roll the dough into ovals and fry until brown on both sides.
- Serve the spicy chole with hot bhature.
