Spicy Indian Chicken Tikka

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams Boneless Chicken
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tsp Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil

Instructions:

  1. Clean the boneless chicken and make small cuts into it.
  2. In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, salt, garlic paste, and ginger paste.
  3. Marinate the chicken in the mixture and let it rest for 20-30 minutes.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and add the chicken pieces to it.
  5. Cook the chicken on medium heat until it's well cooked and golden brown.
  6. Serve hot with mint chutney or any dip of your choice.
