
Spicy Indian Chicken Tikka

Ingredients:
- 500 grams Boneless Chicken
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- to taste Salt
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
Instructions:
- Clean the boneless chicken and make small cuts into it.
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, salt, garlic paste, and ginger paste.
- Marinate the chicken in the mixture and let it rest for 20-30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and add the chicken pieces to it.
- Cook the chicken on medium heat until it's well cooked and golden brown.
- Serve hot with mint chutney or any dip of your choice.
