Spicy Indian Beef Curry

Ingredients:
- 500 grams Beef
- 1 large Onion
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1 inch piece Ginger
- 1 teaspoon Ground Turmeric
- 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon Chilli Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1 Can of tomatoes
- A handful Fresh Coriander
Instructions:
- Heat a large pan on medium heat and brown the beef in batches. Remove from pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add a bit more oil if needed, then add the onions and cook until they start to soften.
- Add the ginger and garlic, cook for a further 1-2 minutes.
- Add the ground turmeric, cumin, coriander, chilli powder, and garam masala to the pan. Cook for another minute, until fragrant.
- Add the can of tomatoes and bring to a simmer.
- Return the beef to the pan, mix well, cover and simmer on low heat for around 1 hour, until the beef is tender and the flavours have developed.
- Serve the curry hot, garnished with the fresh coriander. Enjoy your spicy Indian beef curry for your midnight cravings!
