
Spicy Fruit Yakitori

Ingredients:
- 1 whole Pineapple
- 2 whole Apple
- 2 whole Pear
- 2 whole Peach
- 1/2 cup Soy sauce
- 1/3 cup Mirin
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
- 12 pieces Skewers
Instructions:
- Cut the fruits into bite-sized pieces.
- In a saucepan, combine soy sauce, mirin, sugar, and red pepper flakes. Bring to a boil and then simmer until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Dip the fruit pieces into the sauce, then skewer them onto the skewers.
- Grill the skewers on a medium heat until the fruit is caramelized and slightly charred, turning them regularly and brushing with more sauce.
- Serve the spicy fruit yakitori with rice on the side for a complete lunch meal.
