
Spicy Fruit Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
- 1 whole Pineapple
- 1 whole Mango
- 1 whole Red bell pepper
- 1 whole Green bell pepper
- 1 whole Yellow bell pepper
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons Cooking oil
Instructions:
- 1. Clean all fruits and vegetables, peel the pineapple and mango and cut them into bite-sized cubes.
- 2. Cut the bell peppers into small cubes as well.
- 3. Crush and finely chop the garlic cloves.
- 4. Heat the cooking oil in a large pan or wok on medium heat, once hot, add the chopped garlic and sauté it until golden brown.
- 5. Add the bell peppers into the pan and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- 6. Then add the fruits into the pan, combine everything and keep stirring for another 4-5 minutes.
- 7. Add the soy sauce and hot sauce, carefully combine it with the fruit and vegetables to evenly distribute the sauces.
- 8. Keep stir-frying for another 2 minutes, make sure all ingredients are cooked but not mushy.
- 9. Turn off the heat and allow the stir-fry to cool down a bit before serving hot as a snack. Enjoy your spicy fruit stir-fry!
