
Spicy Fruit Skewers

Ingredients:
- 2 cups cubed Fruits (Pineapple, Apple, and Mango)
- 1 teaspoon Red chili flakes
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix together the honey, lime juice, red chili flakes, and salt.
- Add the cubed fruits to the bowl and toss to coat them with the spicy mixture.
- Thread the fruit onto skewers.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Grill the fruit skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the fruit is caramelized and slightly charred.
- Serve the spicy fruit skewers immediately, garnished with a sprinkle of extra chili flakes if desired.
