Spicy Fruit Skewers

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cubed Fruits (Pineapple, Apple, and Mango)
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili flakes
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the honey, lime juice, red chili flakes, and salt.
  2. Add the cubed fruits to the bowl and toss to coat them with the spicy mixture.
  3. Thread the fruit onto skewers.
  4. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  5. Grill the fruit skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the fruit is caramelized and slightly charred.
  6. Serve the spicy fruit skewers immediately, garnished with a sprinkle of extra chili flakes if desired.
