
Spicy Fruit Fried Rice

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Long grain rice
- 2 cups Mixed fruits (pineapple, apple, peach)
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 stalks Spring onions
- 2 units Eggs
- 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
Instructions:
- Cook the rice according to package instructions, then set aside to cool.
- Chop the mixed fruits into small, bite-sized pieces. Also, mince the garlic and chop the spring onions.
- In a large pan or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add the eggs to the pan and scramble until cooked.
- Next, add the chopped fruits and cooked rice to the pan. Stir to combine.
- Add the soy sauce, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Stir well to ensure all the ingredients are evenly coated.
- Finally, garnish with the chopped spring onions. Serve hot.
