Spicy Fruit Crepe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 1.5 cup Milk
  • 3 whole Eggs
  • 4 Tablespoons Honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 cups Assorted Fruits
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Flakes
  • 4 Tablespoons Butter

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, milk, eggs, 2 tablespoons of honey and salt. Blend until the mixture becomes smooth.
  2. Let the mixture stand for about 5 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, chop your assorted fruits and mix them with the sugar and chili flakes in a separate bowl.
  4. Now, heat a medium size non-stick pan and melt your butter.
  5. Pour a scoop of the batter into the pan, tilting to completely coat the surface of the pan.
  6. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until golden. Carefully flip and cook the other side for 1 minute.
  7. Move the crepe on a plate and place your spicy fruits on the center of each crepe.
  8. Fold the sides of the crepe over, drizzle with the remaining honey, and serve.
