
Spicy Fruit Crepe

Ingredients:
- 1 cup All-purpose Flour
- 1.5 cup Milk
- 3 whole Eggs
- 4 Tablespoons Honey
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 2 cups Assorted Fruits
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Red Chili Flakes
- 4 Tablespoons Butter
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, milk, eggs, 2 tablespoons of honey and salt. Blend until the mixture becomes smooth.
- Let the mixture stand for about 5 minutes.
- In the meantime, chop your assorted fruits and mix them with the sugar and chili flakes in a separate bowl.
- Now, heat a medium size non-stick pan and melt your butter.
- Pour a scoop of the batter into the pan, tilting to completely coat the surface of the pan.
- Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until golden. Carefully flip and cook the other side for 1 minute.
- Move the crepe on a plate and place your spicy fruits on the center of each crepe.
- Fold the sides of the crepe over, drizzle with the remaining honey, and serve.
