Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 medium onion
- 4 medium tomatoes
- 4 cups fish stock

Instructions:
- Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a large pot. Add chopped garlic and onions and cook until softened.
- Dice the tomatoes and add them to the pot, cooking until they are broken down.
- Add the fish stock, white wine, saffron threads, and cayenne pepper. Bring the mixture to a boil and then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.

- Adjust the seasoning as needed. Be careful with the amount of cayenne pepper if you want to control the spiciness.
