
Spicy French Rice Snack

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Rice
- 1 medium size Onion
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
Instructions:
- Mince the garlic cloves and finely chop the onion.
- Heat the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.
- Add the onion, garlic, and red pepper flakes to the saucepan. Cook until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the rice and let it toast for a few minutes.
- Add the chicken broth to the saucepan and bring the mixture to a boil.
- Reduce heat and let the mixture simmer until the rice is cooked.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Allow the rice to sit for a few minutes prior to serving.
- Serve hot and enjoy your spicy french rice snack!
