Spicy French Pork Snack

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Pork Tenderloin
  • 4 cloves Garlic Cloves
  • 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 whole Baguette

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Rub the pork tenderloin with garlic cloves, then spread the Dijon mustard evenly over it.
  3. Sprinkle with cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Place the pork in a roasting pan and dot with butter.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven until the pork is slightly pink in the center, about 1 hour.
  6. Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes.
  7. Cut the baguette into quarters, then slice each quarter in half horizontally.
  8. Slice the pork thin and place it on the baguette slices.
  9. Serve as a delicious spicy French pork snack.
