Spicy French Pork Snack

Ingredients:
- 1 lb Pork Tenderloin
- 4 cloves Garlic Cloves
- 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 whole Baguette
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Rub the pork tenderloin with garlic cloves, then spread the Dijon mustard evenly over it.
- Sprinkle with cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the pork in a roasting pan and dot with butter.
- Roast in the preheated oven until the pork is slightly pink in the center, about 1 hour.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes.
- Cut the baguette into quarters, then slice each quarter in half horizontally.
- Slice the pork thin and place it on the baguette slices.
- Serve as a delicious spicy French pork snack.
