
Spicy French Omelette

Ingredients:
- 6 whole Eggs
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 2 tablespoons Heavy cream
- 0.5 cup Sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons Fresh chives
- 0.25 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions:
- Beat the eggs in a bowl until the yolks and whites are fully mixed. Mix in the heavy cream.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and add the butter, letting it melt and cover the pan.
- Pour the beaten eggs into the pan and let them cook without stirring for 2-3 minutes, until the edges begin to set.
- Sprinkle the cheese, chives, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes over the top of the uncooked eggs.
- Use a spatula to gently fold the omelette in half, and then let it cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the eggs are cooked to your liking.
- Slide the omelette out of the pan and onto a plate. Serve immediately, with extra red pepper flakes on top for additional heat.
