
Spicy French Hake With Harissa

Ingredients:
- 2 pieces Hake fillets
- 2 tablespoons Harissa paste
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 piece Lemon
- To taste Salt
- To taste Black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Rub the harissa paste onto the Hake fillets, ensuring they are well-coated.
- Heat the olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until it is fragrant.
- Add the Hake fillets to the skillet, skin-side down. Cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the skin begins to crisp.
- Once the skin is crisp, flip the fish fillets. Transfer the skillet to your preheated oven, and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.
- Season the fish fillets with salt, black pepper, and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Serve hot.
